Accepting Pain

 ACCEPTING PAIN

If you knew pain…

Our first encounter with pain is scary all the time.

We fear pain.

We try to avoid it as much as possible.

Forgetting how soothing of a journey it could be…

You can see it as a driving force that could lead you towards your goal

Or you can see it as a burden that’s keeping you from what you want.

 But the real question is;

"Do we really know our pain?"

We look at our wounds, we acknowledge them, we get to know them, then we see blood so we understand right away that we should be in pain! We bring some bandage and medication to wrap up the wound after drying it out to heal.

But, have you ever seen your soul bleeding? Or your ego broken? Or your thoughts beaten up so bad that they cannot function anymore?

The thing is that when we feel such spiritual pain we try to shut it down rather than confronting it and heal it.

We choose to say that we have nothing wrong while there is a bleeding wound in the size of our heart needs our attention but we choose to block it away saying it’s nothing.

There is one reality of each and every pain we confront in our life, and that is acceptance, not surrender.

When we accept the pain then we are welcoming the healing and long learning process that follows it. That is a journey that can be as pretty as the depth of that pain we had, only if we knew how to deal with it…

Only if we knew how much beauty is hidden in pain, how many lessons are waiting for us after we accept.

Yes we might not be responsible for causing ourselves the pain, but we are the ONLY responsible human who can end it.

Get to know your pain, replace it with acceptance and beauty.

The thing that mankind has been most curious about since its existence is “What is the truth?” has been a question. Since he needs the truth in order to live and understand his life correctly, he always wants to find the truth, to hear the truth, to learn the truth.

Finding the truth is not that difficult. It is possible to reach real information by passing the experiences of people who have lived in the past through the consistency test.
